After graduating with a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of New Brunswick in 1983, Trent Dilkie began his career applying computer technology to solving engineering and manufacturing problems at Husky Injection Molding.
During his 13 year tenure at Husky, Trent progressed from developing CAD/CAM automation to Factory Automation. After successfully implementing engineering and manufacturing systems worldwide, Trent took on the role of Information Technology VP. That role encompassed all aspects of IT, including worldwide roll-out of ERP.
As a member of the Gibraltar team, Trent has expanded his IT knowledge in corporate IT, taking on numerous roles at major financial organizations and other large institutions. Trent deployed numerous leading edge systems including e-commerce and remote access solutions.
Trent has been deeply involved in Computer Security, as CSO and a senior security consultant, performing ethical hacking, computer security assessment and building security practices.
Continuing to lead in his role of VP, Strategic Initiatives, Trent has developed solutions for mobile device integration into corporate IT, BYOC programs and Mac@Work.

Louis Le brings a wealth of experience to his role for Gibraltar Solutions Inc. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s Honours Business Administration program, Louis has built a lengthy career working in marketing, sales and financial roles for some of Canada’s best known technology companies.
Early in his career, he worked as a Commission Analyst for AT&T, and held Pricing Analyst positions for Merisel and Dell. He would later join Softchoice as a Business Analyst. His job there involved working closely with member of the sales team to help them remain competitive in the marketplace.
Since joining Gibraltar, Louis has increased his passion for virtualization and cloud computing technology. He enjoys learning about and discussing how businesses can leverage these technologies to improve efficiency. He is also passionate about social media and is interested in discussing how it can be used to generate business.

Behrad is a senior IT Consultant with more than fourteen (14) years of experience in the Information Technology industry, primarily in Design & Implementation of a variety of Citrix products. Presently active as Principal Consultant at Gibraltar Solutions responsible for design and implementation of complex virtualized infrastructures.
Darek is a certified solutions expert in Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware technology platforms with over 9 years of experience managing, designing, and deploying infrastructure solutions within complex enterprise environments. Along with his implementation experience in deploying highly available virtualization solutions using Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Netscaler, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft Windows Server, he is proficient in streamlining processes through automation using Group Policy and scripting technologies.
